Scoop 1/4 cup of mix into an (approx.) 8 oz. mug.  Fill cup the rest of the way with hot water or milk.   Mix in a shot of rum, brandy and/or whiskey for an alcoholic beverage. Garnish top with grated nutmeg or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
