Shipping frozen perishables is complex. We guarantee that your package will arrive frozen. Each package is shipped in a reusable styrene cooler with dry ice. Shipping destination determines the amount of dry ice that is used. It's best to open the package immediately upon arrival and to place the contents in your freezer. Make sure to handle dry ice with gloves. All of our packages are marked "keep frozen" and "perishable". In addition, each package contains a dry ice warning card and instructions for proper handling.

Why can’t we deliver on Mondays? Because we can’t guarantee your package will arrive frozen. If you want your package delivered on a Tuesday, please upgrade to Overnight Shipping option.

In order to guarantee same-day processing and shipping, overnight orders must be placed before Noon CST. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping (Included in Price) - Your package will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day we receive your order.

Upgraded Shipping Options (When Available):

Express Shipping (upgrade) - Order by 12:00 pm CST Monday – Wednesday and your package will arrive in 2 days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Wednesday will arrive the following week.

Overnight Shipping (upgrade) - Order by 12:00 pm CST Monday - Thursday and your package will arrive by the next afternoon.

Ship Friday w/Saturday Delivery (upgrade) - Order by 12:00 pm CST Friday and your package will arrive Saturday.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.
