Lawry’s Mexican Rice Seasoning Mix yields 1 and 3/4 gallons of mix. In a 400 degree (F) oven, lightly brown 2 quarts Rice in 1 cup Salad Oil, stirring frequently (approximately 15 min.). Add 1 package Mix and 1 gallon boiling water; blend thoroughly. Bake (uncovered) 45-55 minutes at 400 degrees, stir occasionally.
INGREDIENTS: MALTODEXTRIN, SALT, ONION, SPICES (INCLUDING PAPRIKA), GREEN AND RED BELL PEPPER, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT, GARLIC, SUGAR, BEET POWDER (FOR COLOR), CITRIC ACID, SILICON DIOXIDE (TO PREVENT CAKING), AND NATURAL FLAVOR.
